Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute SA IV Clinical Support in Jacksonville.
Must be able to:
- Identify, document and monitor process improvements
- Research, coordinate and resolve inquiries and claims exceptions
- Assist providers with the entry and update of requests for medical clearances
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working with MS Word and Excel
- Experience working with healthcare products
- 2+ years' experience in health insurance, provider's office or a managed healthcare telephone service center
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with medical terminology, CPT-4 coding, ICD-10 coding and claims adjudication inquiry resolution processes
- Experience with Legacy systems
