Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute SA IV Clinical Support in Jacksonville.

Must be able to:

  • Identify, document and monitor process improvements
  • Research, coordinate and resolve inquiries and claims exceptions
  • Assist providers with the entry and update of requests for medical clearances

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience working with MS Word and Excel
  • Experience working with healthcare products
  • 2+ years' experience in health insurance, provider's office or a managed healthcare telephone service center
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with medical terminology, CPT-4 coding, ICD-10 coding and claims adjudication inquiry resolution processes
  • Experience with Legacy systems
