Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute SaaS Billings Operations Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Review, adjust and release all billing, ensuring quality targets are consistently met
- Identify any billing discrepancies and follow up as needed
- Work across multiple applications within the SaaS Order Management and Billing systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years industry experience
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales/stakeholders and experience
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, meeting critical deliverable dates
- Ability to investigate and analyze problems and determine solutions to effectively resolve issues
- Flexibility and ability to adapt within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
