Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute SaaS Solutions Renewals Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Produce frequent financial and KPI reports including variance analysis and trending reports
- Manage the renewals team and work with client success team to manage and optimize customer contract renewal process
- Develop and implement strategic retention plans to accommodate corporate goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or any field
- 3+ Years' Experience in a B2B client-facing role working with key stakeholders/decision makers
- Strong client negotiation skillset and experience
- Experience reporting financial metrics and explaining drivers of financial performance
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of effective networking, relationship building and new customer sourcing activities
