A rideshare program company is filling a position for a Telecommute Safe Ride Support Specialist in Milwaukee.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving any issues that may come up during a ride
- Answering high volume of calls to the phone queue
- Sending and responding to high volume of SMS messages in the Queue
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in customer service
- Master of multitasking, can stay calm and organized in chaos, and has excellent people skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, and Kustomer is a plus
- You must provide your own technology
