A rideshare program company is filling a position for a Telecommute Safe Ride Support Specialist in Milwaukee.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving any issues that may come up during a ride
  • Answering high volume of calls to the phone queue
  • Sending and responding to high volume of SMS messages in the Queue

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Master of multitasking, can stay calm and organized in chaos, and has excellent people skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, and Kustomer is a plus
  • You must provide your own technology
