A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Safety Manager in Youngstown.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring culture of reliability
- Setting clinical direction for success
- Having oversight for group facility safety specialists
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to be accountable for group level operationalization of System’s Safety Program
- Ability to ensure that patient-centric, highly reliable care is delivered in a culture of safety
- Ability to set clinical direction for success in meeting all SQP and Board approved goals
- Ability to collaborate with relevant departments to ensure Quality and Safety targets are achieved
