Position Summary
The individual is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chairman and the Chief Revenue Officer. The scope of focus will include: communicating with outside business contacts (clients, partners, associations), managing information within sales support processes and arranging travel and scheduling.
Specific Responsibilities
Must be able to professionally communicate with external businesses either by phone, email, or letter.
Act as a liaison to others within the company.
Assist with the Association and Conference Management Processes to support the development of Association and bank client relationships.
o Communication with Associations to develop and maintain strong engagement.
o Coordination and delivery of materials for conference attendance.
o Management and utilization of attendee lists and newsletter responses and inquiries.
Assist with Client Relationship database through the inputting, updating and gathering of information.
Effectively assist with the use of Invictus resources, including marketing materials, white papers, newsletters, to maximize Invictus exposure. Manage the shipping of marketing materials.
Arrange, prepare and coordinate meetings, presentations and webinars with bank clients and other industry related entities in a timely and highly organized manner, taking a leadership role with the coordination of all internal and external participants.
Make travel arrangements and coordinate calendar management.
Experience
Minimum 3 years administrative management experience. Experience with executive level administration considered a strong plus.

Education
Minimum: High School diploma.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree considered a strong plus.
Location & Travel
The position will be a work-from-home position.
The position may require very occasional travel.
