Job Summary

An IT service management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
• Providing excellent Customer Service
• Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services

Qualifications for this position include:

• Have your own PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
• Monitor will need to be 17 - minimum
• High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
• A telephone (landline or cell) is required
• An approved headset and flash drive will be required
