Job Summary

A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
• Resolving routine problems regarding client's product or services
• Answering questions and providing customer service support

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service experience
• One year of Sales experience required if you want to be considered for a Sales position
• Must meet all equipment and internet requirements
