Job Summary
A business services provider has an open position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing excellent customer service on behalf of our clients
- Possessing the basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes
- Demonstrating familiarity with client terminology, operating standards and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
- One year of sales experience required if you want to be considered for a Sales position
- Must have your own PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
- Must demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards and procedures
