Job Summary

A customer service company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
  • Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services

Qualifications Include:

  • Must possess own PC with a monitor capable of displaying 1024 x 768
  • A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
  • Must have a telephone
  • Must enjoy talking and assisting others
  • High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
