Job Summary
A customer management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
- Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services
- Provide excellent customer service on behalf of our clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
- A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy
- Must take pride in providing that same great service to others
- Must be comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously
