Job Summary
A customer service company is seeking a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet
- Providing customer service and resolution of problems regarding client's product or services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have your own PC and high speed internet service, and meet all technical requirements
- An approved headset and flash drive will be required
- A telephone (landline or cell) is required for part of your training and team calls
- Computer/internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously
