Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing customer service support
- Resolving routine problems
- Interfacing with customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Has program required basic skill set to perform routine tasks
- A PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- A monitor that needs to be 17 - minimum
- Approved headset and flash drive
