Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service support
  • Resolving routine problems
  • Interfacing with customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Has program required basic skill set to perform routine tasks
  • A PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • A monitor that needs to be 17 - minimum
  • Approved headset and flash drive
