Job Summary

A customer service contact center is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing excellent Customer Service
  • Interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
  • Provides customer service support and resolution

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Must have your own PC (less than six years old)
  • A telephone (landline or cell) is required
  • An approved headset and flash drive will be required
