Job Summary
A business services provider is in need of a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
- Provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must own a PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
- A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
- An approved headset and flash drive will be required
- Computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously
- Must be a “people person” who enjoys talking to and assisting others
