Job Summary
A service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Sales and Services Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls or through the internet
- Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding the client's product or services
- Answering customer service calls on behalf of the company's clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service experience
- One year of sales experience (if you want to be considered for a sales position)
- Must have availability 7 days per week
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
