Job Summary

A service management company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales and Services Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls or through the internet
  • Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding the client's product or services
  • Answer customer service calls on behalf of the company's clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • One year of sales experience (if you want to be considered for a sales position)
  • Must have availability 7 days per week
  • Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
