Job Summary

A sales training and consulting company is in need of a Telecommute Sales Coach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Practice with and coach our clients’ sales teams to higher levels of sales fluency
• Conduct effectiveness in 30-minute blocks of intense drills based coaching
• Learn the sales process and competitive advantages of different companies so they can adapt our process

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of sales experience
• Coaches must be highly coachable themselves
• Strong selling skills and ability to demonstrate top performer approaches
• High energy and friendly personality that comes through in their voice
• All other requirements necessary for this position
