Job Summary

A communications infrastructure company is in need of a Telecommute Sales Compensation Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serves as a key resource in the Sales Compensation function
  • Assists with build out of quarterly sales quota model
  • Analyze individual performance levels based on actual performance vs. quota

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other field requiring analytical aptitude
  • 1-3 years Sales Compensation or Finance experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets required
  • Strong analytical skills and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
