Job Summary
A communications infrastructure company is in need of a Telecommute Sales Compensation Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serves as a key resource in the Sales Compensation function
- Assists with build out of quarterly sales quota model
- Analyze individual performance levels based on actual performance vs. quota
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other field requiring analytical aptitude
- 1-3 years Sales Compensation or Finance experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets required
- Strong analytical skills and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
