Job Summary

A leader in information management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Compensation VP.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining end to end accountability for the company’s sales compensation function from strategy to administration
  • Developing and running sales compensation systems that support the strategic/business priorities
  • Leading the Sales Compensation Team and be the main point of contact for internal members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources or related field of study
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales compensation or corporate compensation
  • Direct support of sales organization(s) including incentive design and administration
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position leading a sales compensation function/team
  • Experience with performance management, hiring, and development
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
