Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Sales Development Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading our global team of hybrid SDRs (outbound and inbound)
  • Partnering with Operations and make recommendations on process improvements
  • Conducting weekly 1:1s, call screenings, and enablement sessions with your team

Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years of experience leading a sales development team
  • 10+ years of successful selling experience in enterprise B2B SaaS software
  • Consistent track record of sales and sales development success
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, data mining and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
  • Proven ability to implement and train sales development teams in structured selling techniques
