Job Summary
An e-learning company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Development Director in Boston.
Must be able to:
- Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and Sales Development Managers
- Monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success on the SDR team
- Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel to Copenhagen office quarterly to ensure global alignment on processes
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing high performing sales development teams
- Strong understanding of sales development best practices and pipeline building process
- Humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face on a daily basis
