Job Summary

A software and database management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with the Sales Team to generate qualified first meetings
  • Managing all aspects of the sales qualification funnel
  • Collaborating continuously with Account Executives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development or related
  • 2+ years proven leadership and staff development skills
  • Inside Sales / Sales Development Experience
  • experience using Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems savviness
  • Track record of achieving goals and setting quality meetings with the right targets
  • Ability to collaborate and develop strong, cross-functional business relationships
