Job Summary
A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Sales Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a team responsible for following up, qualifying, and converting all Marketing generated leads as well as driving market share through proactive prospecting activities against targeted accounts
- Overseeing the daily activities of the SDR team, looking at what’s happening at a grassroots level, providing fresh ideas, and adjusting strategies as needed
- Partnering with Talent team on the acquisition and retention of people resources to fulfill team mission successfully
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior experience with Inside Sales, Sales or Sales Development
- Ability to develop Sales Forecasts and manage Reporting Analytics
- Ability to be team goal focused with a consistent record of quota achievement
- Proven leadership skills with experience building and growing high performing teams
- Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales strategies, techniques, processes and measurements
