Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Sales Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a team responsible for following up, qualifying, and converting all Marketing generated leads as well as driving market share through proactive prospecting activities against targeted accounts
  • Overseeing the daily activities of the SDR team, looking at what’s happening at a grassroots level, providing fresh ideas, and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Partnering with Talent team on the acquisition and retention of people resources to fulfill team mission successfully

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior experience with Inside Sales, Sales or Sales Development
  • Ability to develop Sales Forecasts and manage Reporting Analytics
  • Ability to be team goal focused with a consistent record of quota achievement
  • Proven leadership skills with experience building and growing high performing teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales strategies, techniques, processes and measurements
