Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the team to deliver results by executing on sales targets
- Owning the sales pipeline, velocity, and forecast and report weekly
- Managing sales activity of the team, track results and bonuses
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years sales experience selling into large enterprises, closing new accounts, retaining and upselling to customers
- 4+ years experience hiring, managing, and developing front line and second level sales leadership in the software industry
- Proven track record of managing and closing complex sales-cycles with Fortune 1000 accounts
- Proven track record of having scaled revenue drastically
- Proven track record of having built and scaled sales teams
