Job Summary

A design talent share platform is seeking a Telecommute Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the team to deliver results by executing on sales targets
  • Owning the sales pipeline, velocity, and forecast and report weekly
  • Managing sales activity of the team, track results and bonuses

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years sales experience selling into large enterprises, closing new accounts, retaining and upselling to customers
  • 4+ years experience hiring, managing, and developing front line and second level sales leadership in the software industry
  • Proven track record of managing and closing complex sales-cycles with Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Proven track record of having scaled revenue drastically
  • Proven track record of having built and scaled sales teams
