Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting sales activities including prospecting to develop opportunities in large/strategic accounts
- Developing account and closing plans
- Preparing activity and forecast reports for management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel as necessary in order to develop account relationships and close large opportunities
- 5+ years successful direct quota attainment selling computer networking software to Fortune 5000
- Ability to provide high degree of major account management and control
- Ability to work under minimal supervision on complex projects
- Strong written/verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of Intent-Based Networking, big data, cloud data centers, and network automation
