Job Summary

A food, beverage, pharmaceutical packaging company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing strong one-to-one long-term relationships with key decision makers/ influencers
  • Integrating market data, competition, trends, and other factors to develop a commercial strategy
  • Collaborating across a matrix organization, with demonstrated excellence in cross-functional collaboration

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial or adjacent roles in a complex industry
  • Leadership experience related to managing an account team
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding financial goals by attaining strong revenue
  • Strong focus on relationship building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
