Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Excellence Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the internal transformation to a coaching culture
- Refining and managing the mentor program to grow team members and their career
- Monitoring and measuring program impact
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Training, Coaching or similar experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience analyzing metrics to build out enablement and coaching programs
- Demonstrated success in change management and cultural awareness skills
- Experience implementing sales methodologies
