Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Excellence Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the internal transformation to a coaching culture
  • Refining and managing the mentor program to grow team members and their career
  • Monitoring and measuring program impact

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Training, Coaching or similar experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Experience analyzing metrics to build out enablement and coaching programs
  • Demonstrated success in change management and cultural awareness skills
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies
