Job Summary

A shipping and logistics company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and improving elements of Onboarding, Ongoing Enablement, and Development of sales knowledge and skills
  • Coordinating between different departments to ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s objectives and goals
  • Assessing performance through various reports, surveys, interviews, and analysis

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a combination of various roles in sales, enablement, marketing, training, learning and development
  • Ability to execute remote activities with various revenue roles whilst developing a strong rapport with different stakeholders
  • Experience in building learning programs, curriculum, and eLearning
  • Ability to deliver measurable results to the business
  • Ability to use video editing tools to develop content
  • Communication skills that focus on storytelling, presenting, writing, and visual elements
