Job Summary
A shipping and logistics company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and improving elements of Onboarding, Ongoing Enablement, and Development of sales knowledge and skills
- Coordinating between different departments to ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s objectives and goals
- Assessing performance through various reports, surveys, interviews, and analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in a combination of various roles in sales, enablement, marketing, training, learning and development
- Ability to execute remote activities with various revenue roles whilst developing a strong rapport with different stakeholders
- Experience in building learning programs, curriculum, and eLearning
- Ability to deliver measurable results to the business
- Ability to use video editing tools to develop content
- Communication skills that focus on storytelling, presenting, writing, and visual elements
