A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Manager.

  • Creating and deploying content and training
  • Developing and assessing coaching challenges to ensure the representatives are confident
  • Leading the delivery and creation of impactful new hire onboarding programs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required
  • Understanding of Sales Enablement space including technologies, processes, and best practices
  • Knowledge of sales training best practices
  • Knowledge of sales management best practices
  • Proficient in building agile onboarding programs and just in time learning modules
