Job Summary

A cybersecurity company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Define the enablement strategy
  • Develop a plan to coach front line leaders and sales to apply rigor
  • Define and analyze metrics, objectives, key results and productivity gains

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • 5 years’ experience in Enablement positions at a global or regional level in an enterprise software environment
  • Experience designing and developing global enablement programs and deliverables
  • Successfully implemented sales methodology programs and coached sales teams to adopt and sales leaders to inspect in order to drive greater success within their accounts
  • Implementation experience for sustainment and application of learning post-training
  • Experience with Role-based New Hire Onboarding
