Job Summary
A cybersecurity company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Define the enablement strategy
- Develop a plan to coach front line leaders and sales to apply rigor
- Define and analyze metrics, objectives, key results and productivity gains
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
- 5 years’ experience in Enablement positions at a global or regional level in an enterprise software environment
- Experience designing and developing global enablement programs and deliverables
- Successfully implemented sales methodology programs and coached sales teams to adopt and sales leaders to inspect in order to drive greater success within their accounts
- Implementation experience for sustainment and application of learning post-training
- Experience with Role-based New Hire Onboarding
