Job Summary

A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Prospecting and hunting for new opportunities
  • Working closely with colleagues to convert opportunities into design wins
  • Increasing business and market share in the territory to meet or exceed growth goals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel: the majority of time will be spent in Northeast U.S., up to 25% overnight travel and an annual trip to global HQ
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in motion control related engineering field
  • 3+ years Application or Sales Engineering (customer facing)
  • A basic understanding of closed loop motion control systems
  • Ability to prepare complex solution proposals
  • Ability to give technical presentations and trainings to small groups
