Job Summary
A digital company is in need of a Telecommute Sales Engineering Director in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching, motivating, and developing members on each team
- Helping to bridge sales, product, technology and operations with clear, concise communication and process
- Supporting sales for top tier in person client engagements when necessary
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 to 3+ years supervisory experience
- 5+ years digital media strategy/technical experience
- Must have demonstrable personal experience with DMPs, DSPs, Data Platforms and practical experience aligning various ad tech solutions with client objectives
- Must have strong analytical, storytelling, and problem-solving abilities (creative analytics)
- Must have strong technical acumen and possess superior knowledge of all digital media and digital media ad tech products and companies
- Must have a history of coaching and developing highly functional teams
