Job Summary
A private equity company has an open position for a Telecommuting Sales Excellence Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and implementing programs to improve sales force effectiveness
- Assessing current sales effectiveness and operations relative to best practices
- Estimating potential (and actual) impact of programs relative to time and effort investment required
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Assume about 2-3 trips per month or about 30-50% travel
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in similar roles
- Bachelor's degree required
- Able to quickly earn the trust of CEOs by assessing and identifying opportunity areas
- Must be an expert in sales excellence
- Assertively manages client relationships
