Job Summary

A private equity company has an open position for a Telecommuting Sales Excellence Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and implementing programs to improve sales force effectiveness
  • Assessing current sales effectiveness and operations relative to best practices
  • Estimating potential (and actual) impact of programs relative to time and effort investment required

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Assume about 2-3 trips per month or about 30-50% travel
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Able to quickly earn the trust of CEOs by assessing and identifying opportunity areas
  • Must be an expert in sales excellence
  • Assertively manages client relationships
