Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading business development activities throughout the sales cycle
- Supporting bids for new strategic distribution partnerships in the region
- Developing strong relationships with key contacts
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 50%
- 5-10 years of experience and a proven track record of sales success in a complex business-to-business sales environment
- Industry experience within the employee benefits, insurance or HR outsourcing space
- Strong presentation skills, proven consultative sales skills and the ability to manage the sales cycle effectively
- Innovative and entrepreneurial approach and ability to navigate, thrive and deliver in a dynamic growth-driven culture
- Subject matter expertise in developing and/or managing strategic partnerships
