Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing a sales team that develops new customer contacts
• Mentoring and managing the sales team individually to help identify potential new customers
• Helping to manage and develop profitability, growth, quality, and customer service across the global business

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5 years of leadership experience required
• 10 years of relevant sales experience required
• Strong management experience focused on building in-depth relationships, both internal and external
• Quantifiable evidence of growing a sales organization required
• Experience of managing research projects throughout the project lifecycle
• An ability to think strategically and execute methodically
