Job Summary
A provider of enterprise application software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Maintenance Advisor in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage Maintenance At Risk (MAR) cases from inception to remediation
- Support sales with extension policy and deal structuring
- Manage extension policy cases via an established workflow through to deal execution
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 20%
- Undergraduate degree or higher in applicable fields (Business, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science etc.)
- Comfortable managing different tasks in parallel and act on multiple levels
- Strives and consistently achieves quality results
