Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Coach and empower your team to prospect leads, hit daily/weekly KPI targets, and drive volume through outbound sales
- Enable the team to navigate prospect org charts to win conversations with key decision makers
- Provide deal support when needed to win as a team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years experience building and managing highly successful and talented SMB sales teams
- 3+ years of experience selling to SMBs, owning sales cycles under 1 month in a high-energy environment
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated success managing an outbound sales team across all areas of the sales cycle
- Passionate about coaching, mentorship and team management
- Motivated by helping people grow with a desire to continually refine their own professional skills
