Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Manager in Tempe.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and leading a team of 8 to 12 outbound sales representatives
  • Execute call coaching and monthly performance reviews
  • Analyze, diagnose and act on KPI’s determined by leadership

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ of experience in sales management
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience
  • 6+ years of inside sales management experience in lieu of 4-year college degree
  • AZ Property and Casualty License or ability the AZ Property and Casualty License Exam
