Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Marketing Manager in Berkeley Heights.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Implementing cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to sell to new and current clients
• Developing training curriculum working on cross functional teams
• Maintaining and improving operations by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving problems

Required Skills:

• Required to travel to vendors up to 25% of the time
• Ability to be in the Water Street, NYC office one day per week
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Direct Marketing and/or Call Center Services
• Must be a college graduate
• Experience in sales and business development practices
• Strategic marketing sense and analytical in business analysis and decision making
