Job Summary
A multidiscipline consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Operations Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate client solutions including vendor quotes, client records and address all client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain knowledge of vendor licensing programs and channel requirements
- Fully use quoting and ticketing system as required
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior billing and invoicing experience
- Strong demonstrated experience in customer service environments, dealing with external clients on a regular basis
- IT practice support experience strongly preferred
