Job Summary

A sales technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Operations and Enablement Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop key metrics to be communicated across the sales org
  • Support weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization
  • Architecture and administration of Salesforce instance and source

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years experience in Sales, Sales Leadership, and Sales Operations
  • Proven ability to lead and scale Sales Operations and Enablement
  • Experience with Salesforce and analytics/BI Platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales processes & enablement plans
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing
  • 2+ years Sales Enablement leadership
