Job Summary
A sales technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Operations and Enablement Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop key metrics to be communicated across the sales org
- Support weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization
- Architecture and administration of Salesforce instance and source
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in Sales, Sales Leadership, and Sales Operations
- Proven ability to lead and scale Sales Operations and Enablement
- Experience with Salesforce and analytics/BI Platforms
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales processes & enablement plans
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing
- 2+ years Sales Enablement leadership
