Job Summary
An employer-based health service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Operations Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce.com strategic planning and roadmap activities
- Produce monthly reports and related analysis accurately
- Develop, refine, and generate growth workbooks and scorecards
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s in business or related field
- Experience in an analytical role with preference in sales, marketing or business operations
- Understanding of sales pipeline management, sales operations, and best practices
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), BI (Tableau) tools and Excel
- Ability to analyze complex situations and generate innovative solutions and insights
- Experience producing business driven dashboards and reports as well as developing meaningful KPIs
