Job Summary

A real estate company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Defining and maintaining annual and quarterly forecasting processes for the business
Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Marketing, and Engineering team per Sales strategy
Implementing processes and org structure to set the Revenue Team up for success

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Experience identifying key metrics in Salesforce, monitoring and tracking performance, and forecasting
Be experienced in making strategic business decisions, coaching, and executing on Sales strategy
Able to set a clear vision and strategy, hiring talented individual
Experience in early-stage/high growth companies is beneficial
