Job Summary
A real estate company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining and maintaining annual and quarterly forecasting processes for the business
- Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Marketing, and Engineering team per Sales strategy
- Implementing processes and org structure to set the Revenue Team up for success
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience identifying key metrics in Salesforce, monitoring and tracking performance, and forecasting
- Be experienced in making strategic business decisions, coaching, and executing on Sales strategy
- Able to set a clear vision and strategy, hiring talented individual
- Experience in early-stage/high growth companies is beneficial
