Job Summary

A real estate company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining and maintaining annual and quarterly forecasting processes for the business
  • Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Marketing, and Engineering team per Sales strategy
  • Implementing processes and org structure to set the Revenue Team up for success

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience identifying key metrics in Salesforce, monitoring and tracking performance, and forecasting
  • Be experienced in making strategic business decisions, coaching, and executing on Sales strategy
  • Able to set a clear vision and strategy, hiring talented individual
  • Experience in early-stage/high growth companies is beneficial
