Job Summary
A car manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing recommendations for staffing, personnel planning and recruiting
- Optimizing vehicle inventory levels
- Coordinating training activities within the dealership as it relates to sales and customer satisfaction
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel to assigned dealerships for dealer contacts and participation in area/region meetings
- Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing
- Demonstrated viable FOM and/or dealer after-sales management experience
- 7-10 years of experience with automotive retail and/or wholesale activities
- Extensive knowledge of dealership service operations
- Broad business acumen
