Job Summary
A multinational telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading all forecasting, revenue planning and reporting for the sales team
- Managing the Sales Incentive Plan and crediting for the sales team
- Designing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction

- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or financial related curriculum
- 5-7+ years of experience in a functional sales or financial support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- A track record of using big data and analytics to drive results
- Strong financial background with experience in forecasting, planning, and reporting
