Job Summary

A multinational telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading all forecasting, revenue planning and reporting for the sales team
  • Managing the Sales Incentive Plan and crediting for the sales team
  • Designing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or financial related curriculum
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a functional sales or financial support role
