Job Summary

An automobile company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive Dealer performance and profitability
  • Create and implement Dealer specific action plans to improve sales effectiveness
  • Ensure dealership Sales management capitalizes on all sales and marketing programs

Required Skills:

  • Travel to assigned Dealerships for Dealer contacts and participation in Area/Region meetings
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 7-10 years of experience with automotive retail and/or wholesale activities
  • Extensive knowledge of dealership service operations
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
