Job Summary
A privately-held healthcare information technology and software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with leaders across the company to provide the infrastructure, tools, systems, and processes
- Develop strategies for scaling sales teams while improving productivity and efficiency
- Facilitate GTM effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales force productivity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field required
- 6+ years of sales or business operations experience in a high-volume SaaS environment
- At least 1 year of experience in drafting, reviewing, managing and negotiating customer agreements
- Advanced Excel skills, with a minimum of 2 years in a data analytics or data intensive role
- Extremely comfortable with technology with ability to adapt and learn new technology
- Extensive knowledge and expertise of Salesforce.com in an enterprise environment required
