Job Summary

A healthcare technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Support data function for all departments that tie to CRM
Own weekly sales dashboard, analysis of sales pipeline, win rates, RFPs, conversion ratios
Provide insight that drives sales productivity

Qualifications Include:

7+ years of experience in sales operations at healthtech and/or SaaS company
Knowledge and experience of healthcare and benefits consulting market
Can compress and analyze data to drive company insights
Strong ability to work with multiple departments and individuals to reach solutions that serve revenue growth
Experienced working with Salesforce
