Job Summary
A provider of payment technology is in need of a Telecommute Sales Recruiting Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source, screen and evaluate internal and external talent/candidates for assigned area of responsibility
- Interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks
- Utilize staffing technology applications to drive staffing workflow, measure performance and report results
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent
- 2-4 years experience
- Ability to interview, staff, and hire
- Experience screening Candidates
